Terms of Sale: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Net 30 Days on all open accounts. Open account billing will be arranged with prior approved credit references. Rush purchases for all new customers will be handled on a C.O.D. basis.
Freight: All merchandise is FOB warehouse, unless otherwise stated in our catalog. If merchandise is to be shipped and is under seventy pounds, we will ship UPS, Prepay, and add the freight charges to your invoice. When merchandise is to go by motor freight, we will ship freight collect. If freight is sent prepaid, we will add the freight charges plus $2.50 service charge to your invoice.
Minimum Orders: Open account minimum billing is $25.00.
Warranty: We make no guarantee beyond that made by the manufacturer of item sold.
Return of Merchandise:
To return any merchandise, a written approval must be obtained. In addition, a fee of 25% plus freight, will be charged for restocking. This applies only to stock items. No returns will be accepted on custom-made or special order materials, unless due to an error made by the manufacturer of the product or MATS, INC.
Liability: The purchaser shall be responsible to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risk and liability for choosing that product.
