The purchaser shall be responsible to determine the suitability of the purchased product for its intended use and assumes all risk and liability for their product choice and decision.

Minimum Orders

Open account minimum billing is $50.00

Terms of Sale

Net 20 days on all open accounts. Open account billing would be pre-arranged with prior approved credit references. Rush purchases for all new customers will be handled on a prepaid basis.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


All merchandise is fob our warehouse, Houston, TX, unless otherwise stated. when shipping merchandise under 150 pounds, we will ship ups. If “collect” is not specified, we will prepay and add the freight charges to your invoice. When merchandise is shipping by motor freight, we prefer to ship freight collect. If freight is to be shipped prepaid, we will add the freight charges to your invoice. All prepaid freight will incur an additional $5.00 service charge added to freight total.

Damaged Goods and Shortages

Customers are responsible for inspecting (for damages & shortages) all delivered materials at time of delivery at destination. Any damages or shortages must be brought to the attention of freight company driver and documented on freight bill at time of delivery. Freight company must also be given signed freight bill with documented damage or shortage. If any discrepancies occur, please contact customer service as soon as possible.


Mats, Inc. makes no guarantee beyond that made by the manufacturer of product sold.

Return of Merchandise

To return any merchandise, a written approval from mats, inc. must be obtained. In addition, a fee of 30% plus outbound freight, will be charged for restocking. Material must be returned via prepaid freight by purchaser. Material must be received back into our warehouse in original condition. This applies only to stock items. No returns will be accepted on custom-made, special orders or cut material, unless due to an error made by the manufacturer of the product or Mats, Inc. returns will not be allowed after 30 days of receipt of material.


We make every effort to accurately duplicate the colors of our mat selections. If color is critical to your application, please call customer service for actual color sample.
